Prior to replacing the alternator, they did a diagnostic and it indicated the battery was bad. Well, the previous place had run a diagnostic and their test showed the battery was good and the alternator was bad. Great overall experience with a super easy online approval for all work orders with included pictures and online payment. High shop rate but seems to be consistent with the area. I had quite a bit of mechanical work done and it was all completed in a reasonable time with consistent communication throughout.
